Hot Tips For Women Golfers

Thirty years ago, almost no women at all golfed; and the ones who did didn't compete in tournaments. But a lot has changed in thirty years. We are living in the 21st century of equal opportunity for all. Women golfers now compete in the same tournaments as men and often win.

If you are one of those women looking to compete in tournaments or even if you are just a woman looking to beat your friends, there are a number of tips and techniques that many golfers have yet to master. Some are common sense and others are tricky. But if you apply them to your game, they will give you aclear advantage over the competition.

For instance, you should always warm up properly before a practice session or even when playing. Warming up allows for the body to loosen up; and stretching will help your muscles perform better, which will allow you to get maximum strength when hitting the golf ball from the tee or the fairway. Warming up will also make the body last longer and allow you not to tire out quickly.

A good warm up and warm down will routine before every match will allow your body to meets its maximum potential while reducing your risk of injury.

In addition to warming up, you should also consider improving your stance. If your current stance is too rigid, you should loosen it up. If it is too spread out, you should close it.

You should also try to balance your weight equally between your feet. Your goal should be to analyze your game, determine where your faults are, and then try out new tips until you successfully improve each aspect of your game.

If you follow this rule, you should always be able to keep abreast with the competition by consistently improving your game.
